WHAT IS HUMANITARIAN RESIDENCE PERMIT AND WHO MAY APPLY?
Humanitarian residence permit is rarely seen in practice, but it is the most important type of residence permit in our opinion. How to obtain a humanitarian residence permit in Turkey? Humanitarian residence permit may be granted and extended by provincial directorates of Directorate General of Migration Management for a maximum period of one year, with the approval of the Ministry of Interior without seeking conditions for granting other residence permits.

Throughout the removal actions of the applicant to the first country of asylum or a safe third country

Humanitarian residence permit applications are not made through e-residence as in other types of residence permits. The application is made directly to the immigration authorities.
