When a Turkish citizen applies to the Marriage Offices of the Municipalities for official marriage procedures with a foreigner, the following documents are required for the foreigner:

• The apostilled birth certificate from their country

• The apostilled certificate of celibacy from their country

• Notarized translation of the passport

• Medical report for marriage

• 6 passport photographs

• Residence permit

• Certified interpreter for the foreigner.
