Documents for Long-term Residence Permit

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR LONG-TERM RESIDENCE PERMIT

After long-term residence permit is made to the Migration Management, the general documents requested by the Migration Management should be included in the application file.

Our immigration consultants can allw you to obtain a residence permit, if you have continuous residence in Turkey for at least eight years.

What are the documents required for long-term residence permit?

• Residence Permit Application (signed by the foreigner or the legal representative)

• The original and photocopy of the passport or a passport substitute document (photocopies of the pages containing identity information and the page containing photo and processed pages)

• Four (4) passport photograph (within the last  6  months,  against  a  white  background  and  biometric)

• Declaration of sufficient and regular financial means for the duration of the stay (declared in the Application Form. The administration may request supporting documents)

• Valid health insurance (The insurance period must cover the requested residence permit period.)

• Criminal record (It is not compulsory but the administration may request it, if it is necessary)

• Photocopies of previous residence permit documents

• Original of e-signed/signed and stamped/sealed document showing no social benefits in the last three years received (Available from Social Assistance and Solidarity Foundations within the Governorships/District Governorships)
